Is the Free plan really free?
Yes. The Free plan is free forever, with no card required. It just has a lower monthly usage allowance. Basic, Plus and Pro are separate paid plans you can move up to at any time.
What if I need more in a busy month?
You can move up a plan at any time from your account settings, and the change takes effect straight away. If a busy month is a one-off, most people find the next plan up gives them plenty of headroom.
Which plan should I choose?
Basic suits light, occasional use. Plus fits most regular users. Pro is for the heaviest, high-volume use. If you're a clinic, practice, care provider or university, talk to us about an organisation plan with shared team controls.
Is the transcription better on paid plans?
Yes. The Free plan uses our standard transcription. From Basic upwards we switch to a higher-accuracy model, so transcripts come out noticeably sharper, especially on names, medical and care terms, and trickier audio.
How do I pay, and can I cancel?
Card payments are handled securely by Stripe on the web, or through the App Store and Google Play in the mobile apps. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel anytime, changes apply from your next billing month.
Is my data safe on every plan?
